Mazel Tov to all. Steve and Linda, you couldn’t ask for a nicer family for Shani then the Sendics. We go way back together…. I”H, we should all be so fortunate!

Just a quick word-Our house has become Chasunah Central and in more ways than one as the Chasunah approaches cery quicly.
Last night, some of my daughter’s friends from BYQ, Shevach , Camp Sternberg and Michlaha threw her a semi surprise shower at our house. These young women, some of whom, we have known since their pre school days, include some among their ranks who are married, all of whom are either learnimg full time or on a very steady part of their time.It was abit of a trip down the proverbial memory lane to see these young women assume their roles as Baalei Chesed in their own right for a peer. They decorated our house as if it was part of Geualah/Meah Shearim, etc, prepared almost all of the food, and composed a skit for which I conveniently left the house to go to Maariv. These young women impressed us as a great group of Bnos Torah uMidos , who all have the potential to build a Bayis Neeman BYisrael. Perhaps, we are doing something right after all!
